The Australian Government is providing access to FULLY SUBSIDISED Dexcom CGM through the National Diabetes Service Scheme (NDSS). Those under 21 living with diabetes, and those over 21 with concessional status are now eligible to access the initiative.

Already using CGM?
Are you already on the NDSS CGM Subsidy Initiative and wanting to move to another device? Eligible NDSS registrants are able to switch from another subsidised device to Dexcom CGM. Your healthcare professional will be able to submit a switch form on your behalf to the NDSS. You can find the switch (update or cease access) form here to complete with your healthcare professional.

†If your glucose readings do not match your symptoms or expectations or you are taking medications containing paracetamol, you should obtain a fingerprick to confirm your blood glucose level. A fingerprick is needed every 12 hours to calibrate.
